south west of the City Centre in Furzer Street, Woden Town Centre the office
opened as an official post office on 13 October 1969.
Relief No .127 was utilised on opening.
A.C.T. Relief '147' is recorded as being in use at Woden on 18 March 1983. Priority Paid Relief '207' seen from 21 May 1985.
A rubber date stamp was introduced to the Office on 21 November 1973, for use on philatelic First Day Covers. The Office became a limited philatelic sales centre in 1978.
As at February 2020, Woden Post Office was located at Shop 4 Bowes Place, Woden Town Centre.
