Located at 54 Vicars Street, Mitchell, 8 kms from the City centre, Mitchell Business Centre opened on 4 October 1994. Later known as North Canberra Business Hub.

As at February 2020, the North Canberra Business Hub was operating alongside the Mitchell Delivery Centre within the same building. The only date-stamp being used at the counter was that of the Business Services Manager.
