Located at 54 Vicars Street, Mitchell, 8 kms from the City centre, Mitchell Delivery Centre opened on 1 March 1995, and operated with the Business Centre, later the North Canberra Business Hub.

 As at February 2020, Mitchell Delivery Centre operating alongside the North Canberra Business Hub within the same building. There are no date-stamps deployed for use in the Delivery Centre, with mail electronically recorded in and out.
