Post Office
Located in Wanliss Street Latham ,
approximately 12 kms from the City centre in the Belconnen District, Latham
post office opened as a post and telephone office with money order facilities
on 13 November 1972. Following
the closure of the original shopping precinct the post office moved to the site of the local service station.

On opening the Office utilised A.C.T. Relief date stamp '107 ' until such time as the regular date stamp was received. The office utilized a Type 4A(i) ‘ACT’
post code 2615 date stamp recorded between 1975 and 1988.
