Located in business premises at Unit 3, Block8, Section 28, Rivett Place at the Rivett
shopping centre, 13 kms south west of the City centre, the office opened as a non-official post and telephone office with money order facilities on 6 March 1972.
On 4 November 1991, the Office relocated to the rear of the Newsagency. Rivett is a Licensed Post Office and at January 2020 was located at Shop 5, 2 Rivett Place, Rivett Shopping Centre.
