Naas Receiving Office

Naas Telephone Office

Located 38 kms from Queanbeyan in what is now the south of the Australian Capital Territory, the office opened as a receiving office on 16 March 1894 operated by Rebecca Gregory. The office closed on 15 November 1894 and on 1 August 1927 reopened as a telephone office operated by E J Oldfield. The office closed on 27 February 1930.

The office is believed to have utilized a Type 2A date stamp.
